1. FACING CUTTER

페이싱 툴(Facing Tool)은 열교환기, 콘덴서, 보일러 및 유사 설비의 튜브 끝단 가공에 널리 사용됩니다.

사용이 간편하며 작업 효율을 크게 향상시킬 수 있습니다.

본 공구는 정회전(시계 방향) 전기 드릴 또는 유압 동력 장치와 연결하여 사용할 수 있습니다.

표준 적용 범위: 외경(O.D.) 12.7 mm ~ 외경(O.D.) 50.8 mm.

Facing Tools are commonly used on the tube ends of heat exchangers, condensers, boilers, and similar equipment.

They are easy to use and significantly improve work efficiency.

These tools can be connected to a clockwise-rotating electric drill or a hydraulic power system for operation.

Standard application range: O.D. 12.7 mm to O.D. 50.8 mm

2. INTERNAL TUBE CUTTER

내부 튜브 커터(Internal Tube Cutter)는 외경 2인치(50.8 mm) 이상의 두꺼운 보일러 튜브 절단에 적합한 공구입니다. 이 장비는 스퀘어 드라이브 방식의 구동 장비에 의해 시계 방향으로 작동하며, 전기, 공압 또는 유압 시스템으로 구동할 수 있습니다.
튜브 커터의 기본 작업 깊이는 4인치(101.6 mm)이며, 추가 연장 로드를 통해 4인치(101.6 mm) 단위로 최대 16인치(406.4 mm)까지 연장하여 사용할 수 있습니다.

The internal tube cutters are ideal for cutting thick-walled boiler tubes with an O.D. of 2” (50.8 mm) and above. They are driven clockwise by a square drive machine and can be powered by electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
The tube cutters are available with a standard reach of 4” (101.6 mm). Additional reach extensionsare offered in 4” (101.6 mm) increments, up to 16” (406.4 mm).
